LOVE your HEART

I wake up quite early today after havin' difficulty to fall asleep at about 3am in the morning. I start my gear at 5am to climb a BROGA Hill with the main target is for a training for my MT. BEREMBUN climbing and another one is to catch the most beautifull view early in the morning when the light is just enough for a camera to grab the view with low noise. One of my friend was totally late.....for me 30 minute late is always unacceptable. Because you waste other people time, i sleep late, but i manage to wake up early in order felt ashame if someone is waiting for me. But some of the people.....sorry to say, Malay attitude....was just hard to get this point. They keep late and always late, wish they had their own car and do not involved with me. Im not sellfish, neither good to be one. I just try to describe only one words....ATTITUDE. Done.. had enough already.

Because i was mad early in the morning, i spead up my car 140km/hr....and guess what, its only took less then 15minute to reach Semenyih...hahahahhaa...!!! We had a solat subuh at Petronas Station, and nearly 6.35am off to go for the climbing. The parking space is fulled, as usual. When you go for a climb with man, you have to follow man speed no matter what......half way through my climbing, i felt like my HEART want to explode already. And then suddenly came into my head.... is this the main reason why people died so young due to unattainable used of their own heart. My life now has been shade with few people who die young... for example Allahyarham Zaidi, the actor Allahyarham Faizal, not to mention Allahyarham Hani Mohsein and the most important is my own uncle. Allahyarham Husni.They died young and they are 40. I really pray to god...that situation will not happen to me.

I surf through internet, to clear my view upon this sicknesses. And a found few valuable info to share:

1. Heart attack developed a long time of our growth life. Its not a sickness which came just in the sudden. 

2. High blood pressure whereas will increase the ability of our heart to work more in order to pump all the blood to our system. If this situation was often, it will increased the sizes of our heart and growth even more inaffective and inactive. Which more and more will cause a heart failure or heart attack.

3. Manage what you eat due to your activities and work. If your work require more physical ability then your mental, then eat properly as require by your body for example like rice, protein in fish and so on. While if your work is vise versa, do minimise the intake of fat and carbo or else do exercise or even yoga once a week. Vis a vis you are the one who will decide what you gonna be next and in the FUTURE. peace..hehe

4. Most important is, when you want to start any activities whether it was hard or easy, whether it was extream adventure or so so...... do a warm up first before u start anythig. When you do a warm up, you will sent a message to your heart muscle to work accordingly. Without a warm up, you will gave a pressure and sudden attack to your heart, therefore it will create a mess in the muscle to work even harder then it normal function. Duh...now 20 years old is still ok.... but what happen in another 20 years...huhu..!!

5. And most important is do training....if you are an active person, do a regular training or schedule your training. Maintain your heartbeat at certain requirement. Its OK to have a normal heart beat (74hps), but if your an active person....it is tremendously not OK to have a normal heartbeat....try to maintain it below 70hps.
